| Ms.
Christina Ku is a Strategic Investments Manager at Intel Capital. Christina
is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
for Intel's $3 billion wireless business unit, WCCG. She established Intel's
wireless deal sourcing program by working with key wireless venture capital
firms and investment divisions of carriers such as AT&T Wireless, NTT
DoCoMo and Vodafone. Christina formulated Intel's wireless investment strategy
as manager of international / interdisciplinary team for the People's Republic
of China and developed relationships with key Asian handset manufacturers
and carriers.
Ms. Ku previously held operational roles at Dell Computers in their strategic
planning division and was formerly an analyst at Hambrecht & Quist/JP
Morgan in equity research and corporate finance. In 1996 Christina was
responsible for making recommendations to institutional money managers
in the digital media industry for companies such as Netscape, CNET, Yahoo!
and America Online. She has significant experience in structuring and
executing corporate finance and advisory transactions for technology service
companies.
Christina is also an active member of the Los Angeles Venture Community
and has spoken at events such as:

Christina graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with
a BA and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.
