Peter Kusterer is the founder of NvestNtech, Inc., with more than 25
years of sales, and sales management experience. Peter moved from the
West Coast (San Francisco / Bay Area), after 17 years, to Raleigh, North
Carolina in 1993. NvestNtech assists firms with Sales Development, Channel
Strategy, and Corporate Partnering (and Alliances).
Prior to the founding of NvestNtech, Inc., Peter served in a number of
Executive Sales Management positions with a wide range of companies, both
privately-held and publicly-traded; the firms ranged in annual revenue
from $3 Million to over $10 Billion.
The diversity of firms served during his tenure in these positions were
a number of software developers and publishers, an Internet Service Provider
(ISP), a service bureau for data center print management, the largest
Paper Merchant in North America (Unisource Corporation), specialty forms
and papers (Bowater Communications Papers, Bowater Corp), and steel strapping
and power equipment (A. J. Gerrard & Company).
Peter was successful in bringing about the development of Large Account
Programs (key account management), Channel Sales Programs tailored to
larger partners (VARs), as well as unique market solutions, e.g., he was
an early pioneer in the concept of VPN (Internet-based) solutions for
Fortune 500 firms; one such application served over 2,000 field engineers,
saving millions of dollars annually in package courier fees.
